Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers refunds and cancellations for OGS Smart Wallet hardware orders and platform subscriptions. The OGS App is currently free to download, so no payment or refund terms apply to it at this time.

Hardware orders: Smart Wallets are manufactured and personalised per institution, so bulk hardware orders are non-refundable once production has started. Manufacturing defects identified within the warranty period will be replaced at no cost.

Subscription cancellation: Institutions may cancel their platform subscription with the notice period set out in their order form. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Pilot programmes: Where a pilot or trial period has been agreed in writing, no charges apply until the institution confirms it wishes to proceed to a paid subscription.
